The order has not been delivered, how can I receive the goods?

If you have not yet received the goods despite the tracking showing that delivery has been contacted, please check with your cohabitants/neighbors to see if anyone has accepted the package for you. If even so the problem is not resolved please contact us immediately via email to assistenza@abbigliamentofirmato.com.
